I am a clinically trained psychotherapist practicing in NJ, NY, MA, and PA. I work with individuals, couples, and families across all ages—from children and teens to college students and busy professionals. I also have experience supporting married couples facing marital challenges.
Additionally, I help clients manage unresolved grief and trauma so they can heal and move forward. I believe that unprocessed trauma often makes it difficult to thrive in other areas of life. Using evidence-based practices (IFS, CBT, DBT) I support clients with navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, illness, relationships and building boundaries.
